U.S. companies on the other hand are more focused on selling what they have available and being focused on big growth. Canadian technology companies have a habit and considering selling a "necessary evil" and are challenged to grow at a rapid rate because of that mind set. I think your advice is bang on for Canadian technology companies. They need to go out with confidence and sell their solutions and offerings far sooner and more aggresive than they currently do. The market always leads you in a direction you did not consider.
